Torched Maple Bacon Pops


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top off bacon with another sheet of parchment and another sheet tray to keep bacon flat while baking.
  3. Bake bacon until crispy, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove to let cool slightly. Skewer onto metal skewers.
  5. Mix together the maple syrup and brown sugar. Evenly spoon mixture over the bacon slices and brulee with the TS8000.
    *Optional, press one side into crushed peanuts after bruleeing.
  6. Allow to cool for 1 minute before serving.
