Tailgate Bernzomatic Brats

Directions

  1. Parboil your sausages at a rolling boil until just cooked. They should still have a little give in them. Let cool and place in a carry container.
  2. Slice your white onions and assemble your condiments.
  3. Come tailgate time simply run the torch over your cooked brats to crisp up and reheat them.
  4. Char your sliced onions and top with your condiments.
