Smoky Mojito


  1. Cut limes in half and torch with Bernzomatic torch over a sheet pan. Let cool and then juice to achieve that smoky delivery.
  2. Place sugar and mint leaves in a serving glass and gently muddle just until the leaves release their oils.
  3. Fill 12oz glass with ice, rum, and smoky lime juice. Shake to combine.
  4. Top with club soda. Add mint sprigs and torched lime wedge.
