Smoked Bourbon Cocktail

Directions

1. Place glasses in the freezer for 20-30 minutes or until chilled.
2. Place cedar plank on a fire-proof surface and use the TS8000 to torch a circle 1-inch in diameter.
3. Place chilled glass over torched area and catch smoke in glass. Set aside.
4. Cut two orange slices and use the TS8000 to torch orange slices.
5. In a cocktail shaker, combine ice cubes and bourbon. Shake.
6. Add to the chilled glass and top off with citrus-flavored soda if you desire. Garnish with orange slices.
