Salmon Avocado Toast


Say goodbye to basic avocado toast with this Flash Flamed Salmon & Avocado Toast. 


  1. Shingle thinly sliced avocado over lightly toasted multigrain bread.
  2. Season with extra virgin olive oil and coarse sea salt.
  3. Arrange salmon slices in a single layer over avocado, covering avocado completely.
  4. Using the Bernzomatic TS4000 Torch, pass flame 4 inches above salmon until slightly charred. Desired temperature of salmon should be rare-medium rare.
  5. To finish, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, coarse sea salt, and dill.
