Steps

  1. On a ceramic or metal serving tray, make a bed of hot, crispy French fries and season with garlic salt.
  2. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of hot gravy over fries.
  3. Add white cheddar cheese and cheese curds.
  4. Using the Bernzomatic TS4000 torch, pass flame 3 inches above fries until cheese is melted. 5. Repeat steps 2 and 3.
  5. Finish with parmesan cheese.
  6. Repeat torching process.
  7. Season with garlic salt. 
  8. Garnish chiffonade scallion.
