Harbison Fondue


Recipe by Chef Greg Baxtrom


  1. Slice apples and then dice into smaller pieces. Easy for dipping. Add into a bowl.
  2. Add pickled radishes into same bowl.
  3. Add croutons.
  4. Slice Harbison cheese wheel in half.
  5. Heat cheese in oven for a few minutes at 250 degrees in the oven, until it bubbles.
  6. Place aromatic herbs on dish.
  7. Finish melting cheese with TS8000 torch and enjoy!
