French Toast Brioche Bun and Brie Cheeseburger



French Toast Bun

  1. Using your favorite french toast custard recipe, submerge brioche buns cut side down into 1 inch of custard.
  2. Place buns cut side down onto buttered griddle over medium heat to toast. Once golden brown, set aside.


  1. Season burgers with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook over high heat on a grill until desired temperature. Once cooked, top each burger with a teaspoon of butter and let rest.

Honey Aioli

  1. Mix together honey, mayo and maple syrup. Season with a pinch of salt & stir to combine. Set Aside.

Burger Assembly

  1. Place burger on bottom half of french toast griddled bun. Top each burger with halved brie wheel.
  2. Using a Bernzomatic Torch, torch brie cheese until melted and bubbly.

Spread honey aioli on the griddled side of the top bun and top off the burger.
