Crispy Charred BBQ Chicken Wings

Directions

  1. Make a rub by mixing salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Set aside.
  2. Season chicken wings with rub. Let sit for 2 hours at minimum or overnight for best results.
  3. Fry at low temp first 275F for 10 minutes. Then flash fry at 375F for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Torch the chicken wings right out the fryer for a nice smoky note.
  5. Toss in BBQ sauce and serve.
