Steps

  1. Mix equal parts, 1.25 oz  Gin, Campari and Punt e Mes vermouth in a large glass with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
  3. Use Bernzomatic Torch to lightly char orange wedge
  4. Serve Negroni with charred orange wedge and enjoy.
