Charred Tomato and Jalapeño Salsa



  1. In a large sauté pan, add diced tomatoes and 4 tablespoons of oil, 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of freshly ground pepper.
  2. Char tomatoes with the BZ4500 while moving the tomatoes around to create an even char. This takes approximately 6 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and finally, serve with your desired chip!
