Charred Romaine With Blue Cheese & Bacon

Directions

  1. Split romaine lettuce in half. Run your torch over it until the lettuce is lightly charred and starting to wilt.
  2. Top with your favorite blue cheese dressing, crispy bacon and chives.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes for a take on the classic wedge salad.
