Brûléed Steel Cut Oats With Caramelized Banana

Directions

  1. Prepare oats per package directions, divide into serving portions and sprinkle with castor or coconut sugar.
  2. Slice bananas and sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Run torch over oatmeal until bubbling and caramelized then continue with the bananas.
  4. Serve with raspberries and toasted hazelnuts.
