Brûléed Grapefruit

  1. Cut the grapefruit in half and scoop out the flesh. Then supreme the grapefruit by cutting sweet flesh between each membrane layer.
  2. Place grapefruit supremes back into the hollow grapefruit skin and sprinkle sugar over the top.
  3. Using the BZ4500, begin to evenly brûlée the sugar until bubbly and brown.
  4. Finally, pipe or spoon yogurt atop along with granola and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
