Brûléed Avocado and Burrata Salad



Follow the video or use your own creativity to create your own unique Bruleed Avocado and Burrata Salad.

  1. Slice desired side, gently place each piece of the sliced avocado into the raw sugar.
  2. To brulee avocados, lightly torch each slice until raw sugar begins to bubble and caramelize.
  3. Place all ingredients around fresh burrata, finish by drizzling the dish with white balsamic vinaigrette. Add cracked salt and pepper to your liking for more flavor.
  4. Torch the burrata and enjoy!

White Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
