Lighting Indoor Fireplaces

Lighting Indoor Fireplaces

When it's 20 degrees outside, making a fire is as close to camping as we want to get. But for some reason, stacking wood and building a fire puts us into an outdoor state of mind. Even if we're cooped up in the house all day, gazing into the light of the flame and smelling the faint hint of smoke seems to set us free.

We’ve never met a fire we didn’t want to cook on, and that goes for indoor fires too! So we hung up our dutch oven and simmered some spiced apple cider with a couple of oranges, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. We even brûléed up some sliced apples with our LTR100 torch to make some candied apple garnishes.
