Brûléed Grapefruit

Steps

  1. Prepare a flat plate with 1/3 cup castor sugar or experiment with coconut sugar etc.
  2. Cut your grapefruit in half and press into the sugar.
  3. Place cut side up on a plate and run your torch over sugar until it bubbles and caramelizes.
